Shipping

  • HOW IS SHIPPING DONE?

Your Art Prints are wrapped in paper and shipped securely by DPD in a sturdy 377 g hardboard shipping tube.

  • HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

The delivery time within Germany is usually 2 - 4 working days from the date of shipment. Within the EU it can be 2 - 8 working days. Please note that sometimes it can take 1-2 business days longer, due to a high workload on the part of the delivering company.

  • HOW HIGH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We charge shipping costs of 4,99 Euro for deliveries within Germany. For costs to other countries please check shipping costs.

Returns

  • DO I INCUR ADDITIONAL COSTS WHEN RETURNING PRODUCTS?

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items.

  • HOW DO I RETURN AN ARTICLE?

Please contact me before returning items at hello@amavielle.de
Returns must be made no later than 2 weeks after receipt of the products, in accordance with EU regulations.
The products must be returned in their original condition, in the original undamaged packaging.
The returned goods should be protected in a cardboard box. There should be no tape attached to the product.
The cost of the return is the responsibility of the buyer.
If the returned merchandise meets the above criteria, I will refund the value of your order.
I reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged or do not meet the above criteria.
Please include your order number on all correspondence.

  • WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

I will endeavor to refund the respective amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 business days. It should be noted that Amavielle must have received the goods back or have a shipping confirmation before the refund can be made.

  • My package arrived damaged, WHAT NEXT?

If there is any damage when you receive your package, it MUST be noted on the delivery bill (where you sign for your package). Please document any damage, including to the outer packaging, and include it in an email to me. Without pictures of both the product and the packaging, I cannot issue a refund or replace the product.
