How does the shipping work?
Your Art Prints will be wrapped in paper and shipped securely by DPD in a sturdy 377g hardboard shipping tube.
How long does the delivery take?
The delivery time within Germany is usually 2 - 4 working days from the date of shipment. Within the EU it can be 2 - 8 working days. Please note that sometimes it can take 1-2 business days longer due to a high workload on the part of the delivering company.
Damaged products or parcels
If any damage to your parcel/package when receiving it, this MUST be noted on the delivery note (where you sign for your package). Please document all damages, including the outside packaging and include them in an email to me. Without images of both product and packaging, I will not be able to issue a refund or replace your product. Send E-Mail to: hello@amavielle.de
Returns
Please contact me before returning any items at hello@amavielle.de Any returns must be made no later than 2 weeks from the time of receiving the products, in accordance with EU regulations. Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging. Returned goods should be protected in a box. No tape is to be attached to the product. The cost of returning the item is to be paid by the buyer. When return goods are received in accordance to the above criteria, I will refund the value of your order. I reserve the right to refuse any returns which are damaged or do not comply with the above listed criteria. Please quote your order number on all correspondence.
