Delivery

The usual delivery time is 3-4 working days. We make every effort to process and ship all orders within 24 business hours.

There are no shipping costs for orders over €50. IThere are no shipping costs for orders with a value of €50 or more. If the order value is less, a country-specific shipping fee will be charged, you can find the fees here.

After your order leaves our warehouse, we will email you a tracking link so you can see the estimated delivery date. Please understand that during peak times it may take a day longer in our warehouse.

Returns

We hope you are completely satisfied with your order. If you would like a refund, we accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of receiving the goods. We ask that you consider the environmental impact before returning. Please note that the shipping costs for returns must be covered by the buyer .
